Insurance Programs

Members receive member only special rates and services that include a variety of Health, life and auto Insurance for small to corporate member businesses.  Call the Chamber for more information or visit the benefits page.

Certificates of Origin

A certificate of Origin is a document which identifies the origin of goods being exported.  It is required by customs as one of the key bases for applying tariff rates.  Most chambers of commerce and some trade associations have been authorized by their customs agencies to certify non-preferential, and in some cases, preferential certificates of origin.  A chambers role in the issuance and attestation of Certificates of origin is both unique and vital in facilitating international trade.  Chamber members receive a discounted rate on document certification.

Chamber Referrals

The Chamber receives hundreds of product and service inquiries and makes numerous direct and indirect referrals to our members each year.  A benefit of membership is referrals to member businesses.

E-Commerce

The American Arab Chamber of Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce AACC’s E-Commerce! Your listing in AACC E- Commerce will be e-mailed to more than 5,000 key member and business contacts. This program runs on a bi-monthly basis and includes February, April, June, August, October and December. The cost to participate is $150 (for the six listings) and includes a 50 word ad, website link and photo/logo.

Ambassadors Club

The Chamber's Ambassadors are member volunteers who educate and involve other members in Chamber programs and services to maximize their membership investments. Chamber Ambassadors call on all new members and encourage them to take advantage of the business development opportunities offered through the Chamber; represent the Chamber at ribbon cuttings and special events; greet attendees at Chamber events; and meet monthly to plan for upcoming activities and training. The benefits of being an Ambassador include actively extending their business contacts; achieving professional and community recognition for individuals and their companies; and expanded communication and marketing skills. Companies benefit when employees act as Ambassadors, increasing their visibility among the American Arab business community.  Contact the chamber for more information or to join.

Cultural Diversity Training

In the Metro Detroit area, where there is a large Arab population density, the American Arab Chamber of Commerce recognized a need to offer companies and organizations an opportunity to gain insight to improve customer service and employee relations, stem discrimination and intolerance and increase community cohesiveness.   The American Arab Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer an extensive cultural diversity training program that is available to businesses, organizations and schools throughout the region.  Companies and organizations wishing to enhance both business and personal understanding of Arab culture should contact the Chamber for details.
