MENA Trade Documentation & Certification
The American Arab Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a streamlined process for issuing certificates of origin and other key trade documents.
Through MENA Trade Certification, documents can be submitted, stamped, and issued all
electronically, saving your business time and money. This allows processing for
certificates of origin, certificates of free sale, invoices, and other key export documents.
Documents Covered
The certificate of origin is the most common, you are able to submit other documents for ‘chamberization’ through Chamber Certification. This includes certificates of free sale, invoices, manufacturer’s declarations, and other documents which may need to be stamped, signed, and issued by a chamber of commerce.
Apostille and Legalization
Some countries require additional servicing to be done such as notarization, apostille, or even having the document presented to the embassy for legalization. Through Chamber Certification, exporters can request documents go through this additional processing for any country they may be exporting to.
Guidance
Certification through MENA Trade provides more than just a stamp on a piece of paper. Guidance on document requirements and country standards as well as a referral point for questions related to export are available through this partnership. This helps ensures the businesses in our community are able to succeed in the global market!
